Six Peaks Games is collaborating with Hardball Games on their new title OutRage. As an embedded team we are assisting with co-development, porting and functional QA.

Co-development & Porting

Embedded development team working across a range of responsibilities including:

  • Multiplayer using Photon Unity Networking & Quantum.
  • Unity services implementations: analytics, remote config
  • UI implementation/overhaul working with UI/UX.
  • Gameplay/game systems implementations.
  • Daily playtesting for studio feedback on gameplay.
  • Debugging and bug fixing features.
  • Performance profiling and identifying optimizations.
  • Task estimations, investigations and prototyping.
  • Assisting in the interview process (interviews as well as technical reviews).

3D Art

  • Art conceptualization and development for game characters, props and environments.
  • Design and modelling with industry standard softwares using Maya and Zbrush.
  • Texture and shader developement using Adobe Substance painter and designer.
  • Model, texture and shader implementation all setup within Unity.
  • 2D and 3D Conceptualization based on project requirements.

Quality Assurance

  • Functional QA including smoke test, black box, regression, compliance and more.than
  • Detailed bug reporting using Jira and HacknPlan
  • Test case creation and completion within TestRail
  • Release Candidate review and approvals.
  • Autonomous QA process
